Hi, I’m Jess. I’m really glad you’ve found your way here.

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and the Clinical Director of Reverie Therapy. I offer both in-person counselling in Maple Ridge, BC, and secure online sessions. My goal is to create a welcoming, comforting space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether it’s parenting, relationships, or personal transitions. Counselling provides a quiet, nurturing space to pause, reflect, and take thoughtful steps toward the changes that matter most to you. I take a relational approach, which means our work together is guided by connection, trust, and collaboration.
